The number one comment we hear from many of our estate planning families is “Wow, that was so much easier than I ever thought it could be.” The secret to our success – customer-focused service!

From the minute we start the process, we focus on getting to know you and learning what is best for you and your family. And we never stop! AmeriEstate believes that successful estate planning requires a long-term relationship with your trusted family advisor. So, we are here for you for the life of your Trust!

The AmeriEstate Living Trust Portfolio Process

Step 1 - The Estate Coordinator Consultation –  We begin by getting to know you. Every family is unique with different concerns and issues they need our help to address. This initial meeting is an opportunity for us to listen to you and learn about your distinct situation. We work with you to document all of the specific information that is needed to design your personalized estate plan.

Step 2 - The Attorney Collaboration Consultation – After we have documented all of your important information, one of our estate planning attorneys talks directly with you. They work with you to create a final document that meets all your specific needs. They also are able to answer any legal questions you might have regarding your situation and your estate.

Step 3 - The Signing Meeting – It is very important the documents in your AmeriEstate Living Trust Portfolio be professionally notarized. Otherwise, it is not legally viable. So after our team of experts produces your personalized Trust, we meet with you in your home or other location of your choice to fully notarize your documents and present it to you in final form.

Step 4 - 90-Day Funding Meeting – A large percentage of estate plans will fail because people do no not take the proper steps necessary to legally put all of their applicable assets into their Trust. Part of AmeriEstate’s exceptional customer service includes a follow-up meeting with you so that we can help you review your asset list. We want to help ensure that all your assets are properly transferred into your AmeriEstate Living Trust Portfolio.

Step 5 - Estate Plan Effectiveness ProgramAmeriEstate expects you and your family to live long and prosperous lives. However, we realize that there will likely be major life-changing events including marriages, divorces, births, and deaths, just to name a few. Additionally, we hope that you continue to accumulate wealth. But often added wealth can pose potential tax exposure that might need further estate-planning expertise. We believe it is very important for you to be able to freely access your estate-planning advisor at any time. The AmeriEstate Legal Plan gives you unlimited telephone/email access to our trained staff and allows you to make cost-free lifetime changes to your AmeriEstate Living Trust.
