Legal Plan Living Trust

This is a simple, and fantastic pathway to plan for uncertainty. We had wanted to make adjustments to our trust from 2000, but the cost was always prohibitive. I had attended a seminar in 2018 and had kept the paperwork knowing it would be valuable when the time necessitates trust review. With the pandemic in 2020 we decided to revisit our trust with AmeriEstate Legal plan. We found the staff and lawyers professional and responsive and the result the best value and quality for our needs. However, the challenge we now face concerns convincing or "selling" our professional children and friends it to make similar plans for their uncertainty: one cannot convey the significance of what investment you are making by protecting your family from future legal headaches. In essence, the AmeriEstate legal is perhaps one of the best temporal investments we made for guiding our wishes for perpetual succession.
