This company was very responsive in answering our questions and clarifying the differences between a Will and a Trust. There is a lot of misinformation regarding a Trust. They helped us understand these differences and tailored our Trust specifically to our wishes. Our Trust was reviewed thoroughly for errors, inconsistencies and omissions by there technical and legal staff, before providing it to us for our review and approval. Upon our acceptance of the draft there Notary came to our house and reviewed our approved draft; and clarified each section before our signing them off. They also, ensured that the proposed "Trust" assets were identified and a plan was established to funding the Trust with these and/or any future assets. This has given us some relief and piece-of-mind.
