My husband and I began establishing our Family Trust in November 2020. With Holidays and Covig, there were a few unforseen delays. BUT throughout the entire process, we were nothing short of impressed! Concerns and Questions were all addressed in a very prompt manner. Everyone we dealt with was extremely pleasant and professional. The only surprise we had was when we found out there is a yearly maintenance fee of $250.00 for the account. PS The good folks at AmeriEstate DO read these comments. I spoke with Amanda M. yesterday. She explained that the maintenance is not a requirement of keeping the trust active, it is considerably less after the Trust is initially established, and that it is a great benefit for those who may need to make numerous legal updates to their trusts.
