We had a great experience creating a trust with Ameritrust. When dealing with the banks they are very impressed with how organized everything is and we know exactly what documents to show them. My only complaint (and its small) was that it would get confusing on who we were dealing with at a particular moment because the trust changes hands so many times before its finished, but all confusion is quickly resolved with a phone call. We would highly recommend Ameritrust for planning a trust
