What you cited you would do regarding our legal plan was accomplished quickly, given all the paperwork required, and with the utmost courtesy. At times contact was delayed for completing documents/information gathering, however, your individuals were always cooperative and pleasant in carrying through. We now feel comfortable that with an untimely demise with one or both of us our children and significant others will be able to complete disposal of our estate with minimum of time and difficulty.
