Stephen B. Clemmer has been providing outstanding legal services since 1989. His practice focuses on Estate Planning, Business Law and Real Estate Law. Mr. Clemmer has drafted thousands of Trusts and Wills tailored to each client's specific needs. His broad expertise in Business and Real Estate Law enables him to assist his clients to form entities such as Corporations and LLC's, advise them in the operation of their companies, draft all forms of contracts and protect valuable investment assets such as rental real estate.Mr. Clemmer graduated Cum Laude from California State University at Long Beach in 1970 and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree with Honors from Whittier College School of Law in 1984, where he served on Law Review.
Mr. Clemmer is licensed to practice before all the courts of the State of California, as well as the United States Supreme Court, Central and Southern United States Districts of California, United States Court of Appeal (9th District) and the United States Court of International Trade. He is a member of the California State Bar and a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Bar. He previously worked for the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C. handling large anti-trust matters, operated private schools for English as a second language throughout the United States and taught English as a foreign language in Germany and Tunisia, North Africa as a Peace Corps Volunteer. Mr. Clemmer is fluent in French and German. He has been married to Mary for 38 wonderful years and has a son at the University of California, Berkeley.
