Mr. Udall’s firm handles legal matters in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Probate, Asset Protection, Business Planning, LLC Law, Partnerships, Real Estate Acquisitions, and Contracts. Mr. Udall is fluent in Spanish, which enables him to represent a diverse range of clients throughout Arizona. Mr. Udall graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University with a B.A., in 1989. Mr. Udall graduated summa cum laude in 1992, from Arizona State University Law School and was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1992.

Joseph Udall is a native of Arizona with strong ties to his community. Mr. Udall was the Articles Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal from 1991 to 1992. He also co-authored ‘Bankruptcy Litigation and Practice: A Practitioner’s Guide’, Wiley Law Publications, 1994. From 1997 to 1999, as a member of the City of Mesa, he served as Director of the Industrial Development Authority of Maricopa County and as a member of the Maricopa County Charter Committee in 1996.

Joe is married to Heidi, a High School English Teacher, and is the father of two girls and two boys.
