Jimmy C. Smith’s practice is focused on Estate Planning where he has served over 7,000 clients ranging from individuals, married couples, domestic partners and small business owners. In addition to creating Wills, Living Trusts and Powers of Attorney, Mr. Smith is very knowledgeable in advanced estate planning areas using Irrevocable Insurance Trusts, Special Needs Trusts and Qualified Personal Residence Trusts. He has been providing exceptional service as a Provider Attorney to AmeriEstate’s members since 1998.Mr. Smith completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, and obtained his JD from California Western School of Law. Mr. Smith was admitted to practice in December 1993 before all courts of the State of California, and United States courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California.

Prior to forming The Smith Law Group, Mr. Smith was an associate attorney with Sparber, Ferguson, Naumann, Ponder & Ryan specializing in Estate Planning and Bankruptcy law. Mr. Smith is a member of the California and San Diego County Bar Associations, including the San Diego Estate
